g7 Special is an original brand of G'Seven Guitars, a guitar shop and repair workshop based in Shinjuku.

It's known for being used by many professional musicians, including HISASHI (GLAY) and Haruichi Shindo (Porno Graffitti). (Titles omitted)

This model is a traditional PB type custom-ordered from GIB.

The body is alder, and the neck and fretboard are made of 1P maple.

This combination is inspired by 1950s PBs.

The finish is lacquer, in the color Black Beauty.

Named with respect to vintage Les Paul Customs, it's a deep black.

The finish was ordered as g7 Special's unique Half Vintage.

There is no relicing such as weather checking; it's a finish with an atmospheric feel that shows the unevenness and aging characteristic of lacquer.

You can fully enjoy its aging process from now on.

The pickups are Nordstrand NP4v.

This pickup boasts a refined balance, containing ample low frequencies necessary for a bass while also including plenty of harmonics in the mid-to-high frequencies and above.

The bridge is the Wilkinson WB-2P, standard on the g7 Special.

Using brass saddles, it offers wider dynamics, along with a thicker low-mid range and a brighter attack.

Combined with the alder body and lacquer finish, it produces an open, bright sound with extended high-mids that allows phrases to stand out even in an ensemble.

Both in terms of looks and sound, it has been finished to have a more vintage feel.

This is an excellent instrument for those seeking both playability and a vintage-like sound.

*Defect Warranty

The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.
