Originally acclaimed for its repair work, the workshop now focuses on manufacturing. Their work is beloved by many musicians for its high quality and rational design sense.
All of the brand's basses are manufactured in Tokyo.
The wood used is carefully selected through strict quality control, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in their products.
It is precisely because they are a small workshop that this level of quality control is possible.
In this sense, too, the quality of their basses is fundamentally different from that of instruments made in large factories.
This model is an Anthra custom-ordered by GIB.
The hardware was specified as black, aiming for a slightly more mature look.
The body is made of alder and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, featuring 1960s-style specifications.
An extremely thin finish is applied, which directly affects the quality of the vibration.
The pickups use original Bell Bottoms.
The warm yet powerful nuances are only possible with this pickup.
The overall sweetness, yet tight vibration, are very distinctive.
This is a simply high-quality instrument that is reminiscent of a JB while also meeting more modern demands.

● Lifetime Free Maintenance
Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
- Please present a signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser from a GIB or TONIQ store or online store is eligible.
- Please note that shipping and other related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
● Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new instruments and 70% for used instruments.
● Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
