Atelier Z is a professional-use bass brand widely loved by professional bassists in Japan and abroad.
It is known that many eminent musicians such as Tomohito Aoki, KenKen, BOH and JINO...... (honorifics omitted) love to use the company's basses.

This model is an updated version of the much talked about new bass.
As you can see, it is inspired by a Gibson-like style.

The body and neck are both made of mahogany.
The neck joint is a set neck.

As the model name suggests, #2 is equipped with a rear pickup, which was not available on #1.

The two pickups follow a Gibson EB-3-like layout, with a too-fat and loud sound in the front and a crunchy, dry sound in the rear, and a mix of the two for a clear, loud and sharp sound.

The tuning keys are GOTOH, the bridge is BABICZ and there are no mistakes.

The set neck has a very pleasant, wet rise that makes it a fun bass to play.
This is a new bass from a popular brand, so all bass enthusiasts should definitely give it a try.
