ALUSONIC is an Italian brand that produces guitars, basses, and cabinets that incorporate aluminum as a material.

Since most of the design and hardware development is done in-house, the final products are all highly consistent and perfectly balanced at a high level.

The J-Special is a model that incorporates a traditional style with a stylish twist on body shape.


One of the most notable features of this model is the aluminum top, which is available as an option.
The unique pattern and beautiful finish of the aluminum top, which is positioned as if it were inlaid into the top of the body, produce an elegant look and light sound.

The body back is made of chambered alder.
It is finished with a very thin layer of urethane.

The slightly thin body thickness, combined with the chambered body, gives the guitar a strong response that repels the plucked strings, which is one of the most unique points of this model.
This is one of the most unique points of this model. The open sound, which is not too dark despite the 24 frets, is a big advantage of this point.

Normally, this model is equipped with a humbucking PU, but this model is equipped with a newly developed stacked PU.

It sounds like a single coil, but with extremely low noise.
It is characterized by more punch in the low and high frequencies, and sounds as clear as a hum.

The preamp with 3-band EQ was originally developed.
The boosted sound is not muddy, but only has a greater sense of volume, and even extreme settings (e.g., full all the way up) can be used to create a "real" sound.

The bass is a perfect match for this PU and preamp, and it is only because they were developed specifically for this bass.
