Description & Condition
Description & Condition
Handcrafted by builders, it is renowned for its clear, well-defined sound.
This model, the EMERALDA, is a transparent overdrive pedal with an original Vivie design.
It has four controls: LEVEL, GAIN, TONE, and MID.
The GAIN control covers everything from low gain to deep distortion.
The TONE and MID controls are flat at the 12 o'clock position, and can be boosted/cut from there.
The ability to individually adjust the high and mid frequencies is a welcome feature.
A MODE switch is located on the side of the enclosure, allowing you to switch between two clean mix settings: Lo and Hi.
Lo provides a more traditional overdrive sound, while Hi increases the clean component for a more transparent sound.
Because it adds distortion while preserving the nuances of the original tone, it is suitable for use as a booster or for controlling the amount of distortion with a volume control.
It can be powered by a 9V adapter or a 9V battery. There are some minor scratches and signs of use. It is in good working order.
GIB craftsmen will rigorously inspect the item before delivery.
