Description & Condition
Description & Condition
It traces its roots back to Trace Elliot and aims to deliver higher quality at a better price.
Ashdown is known for being used by artists such as Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Foo Fighters, and The Who. (Titles omitted)
This model is a signature model of Stuart Zender, the legendary bassist of Jamiroquai.
It is designed as a multi-effects unit combining a classic auto-wah with tube distortion.
The controls are simple, consisting of three knobs and two footswitches.
The auto-wah and tube distortion can be individually switched on and off using the footswitches.
The SENSITIVITY control allows for precise control of the auto-wah's response.
The OUTPUT control allows for precise volume control to suit your playing style.
The auto-wah section has only these two controls, making it very simple.
All other settings are preset, a feature unique to signature models.
The other knob, DRIVE, controls the amount of drive sound, and this channel is named "VALVE DRIVEN DISTORTION."
The distortion, equipped with a standard 12AX7 preamp tube, enhances harmonics for a richer sound.
The combination of auto-wah and drive pedal is a classic sound from the early days of funk.
Furthermore, this distortion can be positioned before or after the wah circuit, according to the player's preference.
A perfect funk machine for funk bassists.
Please try it out.
There are some minor scratches and signs of use. It is in good working order.
GIB's craftsmen rigorously inspect each item before delivery.
