Description & Condition
Description & Condition
Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that enjoys overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan, and in recent years, its name has begun to resonate overseas.
Originally highly regarded for its repair work, the workshop now focuses on manufacturing, and its creations are loved by many musicians for their high quality and rational design sense.
All basses from this brand are manufactured in Tokyo.
Through strict quality control, the wood used is carefully selected, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in the products.
This level of quality control is possible precisely because it is a small workshop.
In that sense, the quality is fundamentally different from that of products made in large factories.
This model is a PB replica.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic configuration.
The finish on both the body and neck is lacquer.
Original stainless steel frets are used.
They are Speedy type frets, known for their hardness and eternal shine.
The pickup is a VooDoo PU.
This pickup is no longer in production and is a renowned instrument known only to those in the know.
It boasts an open, fat sound characteristic of PB-type pickups.
The MIJ brand consistently delivers consistently high quality.
Please try it out!
Fret life is approximately 90%.
