Alleva Coppolo is a brand founded by Jimmy Coppolo, drawing on his experience at renowned New York bass shops like Rudy's.
Initially, the workshop was in New York, but it is now located in California.
It's well-known that many professional bassists, including Paul Turner and Wataru Suzuki, use Alleva Coppolo basses. (Titles omitted)
This is an LM-5.
The bridge is made by HIPSHOT, indicating it's a New York-era model.
It's quite popular.
The body is made of ash, and the fretboard is rosewood.
This specification might be slightly unusual.
As you can see, it's modeled after 1970s Fender basses. The use of heavy ash wood is a nice touch with this specification.
The electronics are the familiar original design.
Basically, it has the sound and playability characteristic of recent Alleva Coppolo models, striking a wonderful balance between looseness and refinement.
Compared to the LG, it has a sharper, more massive sound, and its true potential is revealed when the EQ is pushed.

Fret life is approximately 90%.
Truss rod is in good condition.
Neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show fine scratches all over. There are some small dents on the back of the body. The joint plate may have been replaced.

No obvious modifications were observed.
