BOSS is a leading Japanese effects pedal brand loved by musicians worldwide.
This is the OD-1 OverDrive, BOSS's first overdrive pedal, released in 1977.
This unit is a Japanese-made model with black screws, manufactured around 1982-1984, and features an NEC C4558C op-amp.
It boasts the natural compression and smooth distortion characteristic of vintage BOSS pedals, and is a popular model for boosting amplifiers.
There are scratches and dirt visible, and the unit shows overall signs of use. The OVER DRIVE knob is missing. There is some crackling in the potentiometers.
GIB's craftsmen will rigorously inspect the item before delivery.

On Condition & Functionality: In the rare event that your instrument arrives in a condition different from our detailed description, or if it has any operational issues, we offer a 100% full refund. We will also arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
On Personal Preference: Finding the perfect bass is a personal journey. If the instrument you receive isn't the right fit for your hands or your sound, you are welcome to return it. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price of the item; we simply ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

Buy-Back Validity Period: The buy-back at 70% for used items and 50% for new items is valid for six months from the date of purchase. After six months, items will be evaluated and purchased at our standard trade-in rates.
Buy-Back Shipping and Tax: For buy-back items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and applicable taxes for returning the item to GIB.
Your Upgrade Bonus: When you are ready for your next instrument, our program offers even more value. If you use our buy-back service to trade up to another bass in our collection, you will receive an additional 10% discount on your new purchase.
