This is the Rock Bass VAMPYRE 5st, a distinctive model representative of Warwick.
The body is made of alder, the neck is a laminated neck primarily made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of wenge.
In addition to Warwick's characteristic robust neck construction, the tight response unique to the wenge fingerboard produces a fast attack.
It is equipped with active MEC Jazz/Twin Jazz pickups.
It outputs a bright and clearly defined sound, centered on Warwick's characteristic tight and solid low end.
Combined with an active 2-band EQ, it can handle a wide range of genres, from rock to funk and metal.
The unique VAMPYRE shape also boasts high playability and a comfortable fit against the body.
