Musicman emerged as Leo Fender's second brand and became beloved by bassists worldwide.
Many artists, including Louis Johnson and Flea, are known to use their basses. (Titles omitted)

Alongside Fender's Jazz Bass and Precision Bass, it's safe to say it's one of the most popular basses in the world.

This particular instrument is a 1989 model.

It has been converted to fretless.

The body is made of ash, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood.

The pickups have been replaced with Nordstrand MM4.2s, and the preamp with a Nordstrand 2b+.

It features a wider range and a more refined sound.

The 4th string tuning machine has been replaced with a HIPSHOT D-Tuner.

The powerful, punchy low end and crisp attack characteristic of the StingRay pickups are a perfect match for the fretless style.

The truss rod is in good condition.

The neck is in good condition.

The body and paintwork show signs of use, with scattered dents and scratches. There is a crack-like mark in the wood near the back of the nut on the neck.

The electronics are in good condition.
