Sago is a handmade guitar brand located in Hyogo Prefecture, specializing in full custom-made guitars that fulfill all customer requests.

Furthermore, their regular models (although most are one-offs) created using the knowledge and skills cultivated over many years are also highly regarded.

Sago is a brand that enjoys strong trust from musicians.

Tabuchi-san of UNISON SQUARE GARDEN, RIO-san of Mary's Blood, and Kusakari-san of Sakanaction are among the Sago artists.

This instrument is a Classic Style J4, following the traditional JB style.

It features a classic combination of an alder body and a rosewood fingerboard.

The neck is made of Roasted Maple.

This is also known as Thermo Wood.

Sago has commercialized Thermo Wood in the musical instrument field; it was originally used in Finland as a building material for saunas.

Valuable for its resistance to high temperatures and humidity, Thermo Wood is also useful for musical instruments, as evidenced by its adoption by top manufacturers such as Sadowsky and Suhr.

A certain amount of Thermo Wood is discarded during processing.

Presumably, pieces that would warp in the future are also discarded here.

The bridge is a HIPSHOT Style B.

Incorporating this heavy hardware provides stable pitch and firmly supports the overall resonance of the instrument.

The pickups are likely Bare Knuckle.

They capture even the subtlest nuances of your playing while outputting a very powerful signal.

The core of the sound is a thick, massive low end with a solid core.

It firmly supports the bottom end of an ensemble.

This guitar exhibits Sago's characteristic masterful balance in both appearance and sound, showcasing their exceptional design skills.

The superb finish reflects Sago's deep understanding of musical instruments.

Fret life is approximately 70%.

The truss rod is in good condition.

The neck is in good condition.

The body and paintwork have numerous dents and scratches. There is a large dent near the 4th fret on the E string side that has been repaired. Some clouding is also visible in the body's paintwork.

The electronics are in good condition.

No obvious modifications were observed.
