| Fender is, of course, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses. It's loved by countless top artists, including James Jamerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League. (Titles omitted) This product is a Mexican-made, relic-finished bass from the popular Road Worn series. This is a Mustang Bass, a signature model of Justin Meldal-Johnsen, a world-renowned bassist and music producer. It's a reproduction of his beloved 1966 Faded Daphne Blue Mustang Bass. The body is alder, and the fingerboard is rosewood. This is a classic combination with a rich midrange. The pickups are Custom Seymour Duncan Split Single-Coil. Lollipop tuners are used for the tuning machines. They match the rounded, compact body of the Mustang perfectly. It features a 30-inch short scale. While a lack of bass might be a concern, in reality, the increased string amplitude compared to a long-scale guitar results in a fat, distinctive sound. It possesses a vintage-like, well-worn nuance, and combined with its manageable size, it's a guitar you'll want to play again and again. The frets have approximately 70% remaining. The truss rod is in good condition. The neck is in good condition. The body and paintwork show paint chipping, dents, and scratches, but since it's a relic finish, it's impossible to determine if these are later-acquired damages. The electronics are in good condition. Additional mounting screw holes for the pickup fence and bridge cover have been drilled. The included finger rest is missing.
