Momose, based in Matsumoto, Nagano, produces high-quality basses and guitars.
They are renowned for their beautiful looks and superior sound.
This is a masterpiece from the EWC (Exotic Wood Custom) series, which luxuriously utilizes beautiful, prized woods.
This is a limited-edition spot model from 2020, featuring cherry blossom motifs that evoke the beauty of Japanese aesthetics.
The body is made of ash, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is ebony.
The pickups are original, and it is equipped with an Aguilar OPB-2 preamp.
The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller S-Locks.
It achieves both a tight, sharp attack and a clear, unclouded bottom end that reproduces even the low B on the 5th string without muddiness.
While based on the traditional JB style, it outputs a wide-range, high-quality modern sound required for contemporary ensembles.
This is a bass guitar that we highly recommend not only to bassists who prioritize practicality in live performance, but also to those who want to acquire a truly special instrument.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show a small dent of about 3.0mm in diameter on the back of the body, but no other noticeable scratches. There is some tarnishing on the metal parts. There is a scratch of about 6.0mm in diameter on the tip of the headstock.
