Cort is a leading guitar brand from South Korea.
They own their own factory and have a global presence, particularly in OEM manufacturing. For example, Ibanez and PRS guitars are famously manufactured at Cort's factory.
This in-house brand is manufactured utilizing the knowledge gained through OEM production.
The GB24JJ is a model with timeless appeal, based on the classic JB style.
The body back is made of poplar, and the body top is made of flame maple.
This contributes to both lightness and aesthetic beauty.
The neck is made of hard maple, and the fretboard is made of jatoba.
Jatoba is hard and durable, and is commonly used in flooring and furniture. Due to its properties, it is also highly valued as a guitar fretboard material.
It has 20 frets, a classic specification.
The fretboard radius is designed at 9.45 inches. There's a consistent direction to it.
It features original pickups named Cort® Powersound JJ Style.
The neck pickup is designed for silky smoothness, while the bridge pickup is designed for clarity and a singing character.
