Greco is a brand that has been active since the early days of guitar making in Japan.
They continue to manufacture guitars today and have a well-established reputation for reliable quality.
This model is a replica of the Gibson EB, also known as the SG bass.
The body is made of lumber core, and the neck is made of maple.
The fingerboard is rosewood.
The pickups are original.
The controls include a pickup selector, neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, neck pickup tone, and bridge pickup tone.
The slightly distinctive, peaky high-mids characteristic of Greco pickups perfectly match the EB-3 style.
The tight yet robust low-mids are also unique and very appealing.
The frets have approximately 50% remaining.
The truss rod is stiff, but it has been confirmed to move about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork have minor scratches, dents, and paint chips.
The electronics have slight crackling in all potentiometers.
An additional strap pin mounting point has been added, requiring new holes to be drilled.
