Description & Condition
Sugi is a brand founded by Mr. Sugimoto, a legend who has supported Japanese guitar making for many years.
They manufacture high-quality guitars and basses in Nagano Prefecture, and are highly regarded by many musicians.
The NB series is known as the flagship model and is famously used by musicians such as Hojin Egawa and Mike Porcaro of TOTO.
This is a 4-string model.
The body top is Exotic Maple, and the body back is Mahogany.
The beautiful, captivating grain of the Exotic Maple is striking.
The neck is a laminate of Maple and Walnut.
This technique of laminating multiple types of wood to create the neck reduces left-right and individual differences, resulting in greater stability.
The fingerboard is made of Indian Rosewood.
It's a classic fingerboard material that produces a rich midrange.
The pickup is a Sugi SB-84WJP.
Despite being a 24-fret guitar, it doesn't sound too tight, instead featuring a bright, open midrange.
This characteristic seems to positively influence both fingerstyle and slap playing.
Looks, playability, and sound—everything about this guitar is top-notch.

●Warranty against defects
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products sold by the company. Excluding some products such as consigned items, we will repair (or refund if repair is not possible) any malfunctions that occur during normal use within a specified warranty period from the date of purchase.
The warranty period is 3 months for used products and 1 year for new products.
Please note that the following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
* Malfunctions and damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
* Replacement of consumables.
* Malfunctions and damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
