Fender is, of course, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
It's loved by countless top artists, including Jaco Pastorious, Marcus Miller, and Geddy Lee. (Titles omitted)
This model is a Mustang Bass from the cost-effective Mexican-made Player series.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is pau ferro.
The neck pickup is a Vintage-Style Split Single-Coil Precision Bass, and the bridge pickup is a Vintage-Style Single-Coil Jazz Bass.
It features a 30-inch short scale.
While some might worry about a lack of bass, in reality, the string amplitude is greater than with a long scale, resulting in a fat and distinctive sound.
Combined with its easy-to-handle size, this is a guitar that you'll want to keep playing.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition. The nut grooves are slightly low, causing slight interference with the first fret when playing open strings, but this is not noticeable when amplified.
The body and paintwork show minor dents and scratches throughout. There are also scratches on the pickguard, likely from picking.
The electronics are in good condition.
No obvious modifications were observed.
