The Precision Bass, introduced in 1951 as the world's first fretted solid-body electric bass, has been loved by bassists worldwide for over half a century.
This is a special model produced as an FSR (Factory Special Run), a unique specification different from the regular line.
Its design is based on the style of the 1970s.
This style of Precision Bass is indispensable when discussing punk.
The neck date is inscribed as "OCT 13 2006," and based on the serial number and other details, it was determined to be a 2006 model.
The body is alder, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
This is a classic combination with a rich midrange.
The pickups are original.
True to its Precision Bass roots, this bass features a strong low-to-midrange tone.
The projection when played with a pick is pleasing, and it makes a strong statement in rock ensembles.
The frets have approximately 85% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show some minor scratches on the pickguard and throughout the body. There are paint cracks and dents on the side of the body. The metal parts are tarnished. The handle of the 4th string tuning machine is bent.
