This is a component bass with a Fender Japan neck made by Fujigen.
It uses a jazz bass neck, but the body is a Precision bass.
The shape looks fatter than Fender.
The body material looks like ash.
It is back-threaded, and you can feel that it was carefully made. There is no cheapness.
Pickups are SEYMOUR DUNCAN SBP-2, bridge is BADASS II, joint plate is Freedom Tone Shift Plate SP-JP-03.
Pots are CTS, condenser is Red Dime (SK 1X 50V), and it is still not cheap.
It has a characteristic soft and comfortable playing feel.
The sound is fat like a plebe, with a thick midrange.
The grip is thin because a jazz bass neck is used.
You may feel uncomfortable with its appearance, but you will have a good impression if you play it.
The remaining frets are approximately 70%.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90 degrees.
The neck is in a high position. Currently, the string height on the 12th fret is 2.5mm on the 1st string side and 3.0mm on the 4th string side, and it is playable without any sound clogging or chattering.
On the back of the head, there are four holes for mounting screws, which may have been replaced with other pegs, hidden by the current pegs.
The fingerboard end has been machined to slope like a slap step.
The condition of the body and paint surface shows scattered dings and scratches. There is a crack in the paint near the neck pocket.
