Description & Condition
Description & Condition
The brand is under the umbrella of Divisor, which owns a large guitar factory called Asuka Factory, and is appreciated by many musicians for its high quality because the factory handles the guitars itself.
This is a slightly old and rare Precision Bass replica. I think it was made in Japan.
It certainly has a Fender-like feel to it, but it is easy to play and plays well, which is a good part of being made in Japan.
The pots are CTS, the capacitors are vitamin-Q, and the jacks are Switchcraft, all high spec.
These were the original design like this.
The PU pole piece has conductive paint and copper foil tape for noise suppression, which feels like very careful work.
Bacchus is still the best, but the products from this era are really great too.
The public reputation and the actual quality are divergent, and I think this bass is a very good value for the price.
The frets are roughly 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The neck is in good condition. The grips were originally painted matte, but have been played and are shiny. The pegs are dull, and there is a 2mm ding on the grip behind the first fret.
There are some scratches on the body and paint surface. There are a few 2mm dents. The color is more yellowish than the original color due to color tanning. Some of the original white color is visible on the cutaway and elbow cut. There are numerous scratches on the pickguard.
No clear modification points were found.
