This model is a rare double-neck Stratocaster.
Literally, two necks are attached to one body.
There are many variations of double-neck models, such as a combination of 6-string and 4-string (bass), fretless and fretted, etc. This is the standard combination of 6-string and 12-string.
This is one that offers a variety of possibilities, as it allows you to use two different guitars without having to change instruments.
