We met them at Guitar Summit 2023 in Germany and were amazed by their beautiful UI and musically appealing sound, and immediately decided to carry them.
Unite67 is a multi-effect pedal with a UREI 1176-like compressor, Rangemaster-like booster, and flexible EQ built in.
Just by passing it through the pedal, the sound seems to transform into something rich and three-dimensional.
Musical and organic are words that suit this effect.
The compressor circuit, inspired by the style of the UREI 1176, was researched and developed over many years.
The basic settings such as Attack time, Reliease time, and Ratio are fixed by the manufacturer, and only the balance with the original sound is changed by the SUSTAIN control.
The input gain is switchable, so the threshold can be optimized from there.
The compression is very smooth and beautiful.
The boost circuit, inspired by the Rangemaster, is adjusted by the RANGE control.
Like the classic Rangemaster, it adds a shining presence component that helps create a rich tone.
On guitar, of course, this range is just as delicious when placed on bass.
The two legendary sounds are combined with LOW and HIGH EQ.
And the BOOST knob allows you to change the volume from -7db to +22.4db.
From the UI, it may have originally been developed as a booster.
Two additional onboard switches select input gain and bypass the EQ.
The input gain selection changes the input to the compressor and the strength of the compression.
It is like a threshold.
The EQ switch bypasses the EQ section and the Rangemaster section (RANGE, LOW, HIGH).
By turning it off, the compressor can be used by itself.
The power supply accepts 9-18.1V.
It is an extremely small pedal, but in reality it is a multifunctional and musical pedal.
