Aria Pro II is an international brand that has been active since the early days of Japanese guitar making.
Because it is an in-house brand of Arai Boeki, a large trading company, it excels at combining high quality with an affordable price.
This is the new RSB-800, released in 2025.
When I first saw the information, I thought the price was too low for its adequate specifications.
When I touched the actual product, I was also surprised by its high quality.
This quality at this price is only possible because of Arai Trading. It is a very nice product.
It is manufactured in Indonesia.
The quality of guitar manufacturing in Indonesia is very high at the moment, and I think it's really great.
We use an Indonesian wood called Bayur for the body, which is very lightweight.
Many pieces are under 4 kg.
The Rosewood fretboard is of high quality, as is the Maple neck.
A GOTOH GB-10 tuning machine is used.
The JB-type single coil PU is matched with a pre-amp with built-in 2-band EQ, designed and manufactured in Japan.
The BASS changes 70Hz by ±8db and the TREBLE changes 7kHz by ±18db.
The BASS can be turned up to give thickness without boisterousness, while the TREBLE can be adjusted for areas of sharp attack with a large range of change.
A push-pull switch on the volume control allows switching to a passive circuit.
The 24F specification is also a point of interest, and the ability to get a modern JB sound with this wide range of frequencies is a major attraction.
The quality is really excellent at this price.
However, as is to be expected with a low-priced product, there are a few minor scratches in the paintwork.
However, even taking such aspects into account, it is still a lovely product.
Please touch it and be impressed.
