說明與狀況
Sterling by MUSIC MAN is a brand created by Ernie Ball MUSIC MAN.
It offers the design and sound of the original MUSIC MAN at a more accessible price.
The SUB series is a particularly cost-effective line, and the RAY series, which inherits the lineage of the StingRay, is a prime example.
This SUB RAY5 HH is a 5-string model equipped with two humbuckers.
The body is made of basswood, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is jatoba.
The pickup selector allows you to switch between humbucker combinations, enabling you to create a wide range of sounds, from the punchy sound characteristic of the StingRay to a thick, warm sound.
This wide range is a hallmark of the HH configuration with two humbuckers.
The preamp is active and features a 2-band EQ with treble and bass controls.
The string spacing at the bridge is a narrow 16.0mm. Even with 5 strings, the minimal right-hand movement contributes to its playability.
This is a guitar we highly recommend for anyone looking for a versatile 5-string bass at an affordable price.
Fret life is approximately 80%.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show some scratches and signs of use. There are signs of polishing near repaired screw holes.
The electronics have some crackling in the pickup selector.
The pickguard has been removed, and the control plate has been replaced.
Controls: Master Volume, Treble, Bass, Pickup Selector
Neck Width (Nut): 45.2mm
Bridge String Spacing: 16.0mm

During setup, we use our original GIB BASIC / Standard Bass Strings.
