This is a drive pedal that delivers a tube amp-like sustain and compression.
The Low Mid and High Mid frequencies are each selectable from two ranges.
Combined with the Grunt switch, which alters the nuance of the low frequencies, and the Attack switch, which changes the strength of the high frequencies, it allows for a wide range of sound shaping.
Although it is a drive pedal, it features four EQ controls, an XLR output, and a parallel output, making it essentially intended for use as a preamp.
Its wide range of capabilities, from clean sounds to harmonically rich and saturated drive sounds and modern distortion, is a major attraction.
