Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand with top musicians like Marcus Miller and Will Lee as clients.
Currently, they offer variations made in the USA (NYC), Germany (Warwick), and China, but this is a custom model from the era when they were made in Japan.
Sadowsky TOKYO and Sadowsky TYO were positioned as brands that produced custom models rather than mass-produced ones.
This is the RA-4, which features a full body.
The bridge is a Schaller brand.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is rosewood, a classic construction.
The pickups are original Sadowsky parts.
The preamp is an original Tokyo model.
It's easy to play, has smooth playability, and the sound is unmistakably Sadowsky.
