This instrument is a 5-string model from Fender's modern line, the American Ultra II, which inherits the lineage of the American Deluxe series.
The body is made of alder, the neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is also made of maple.
The neck shape is a Modern D shape, which gradually changes shape from the low to high positions.
