Warwick is a globally renowned guitar and bass brand based in Germany.
In recent years, they have begun distributing world-class brands such as Sadowsky.
They have increased their presence in many fields and release numerous attractive products.
Many top artists, including Stuart Zender, Jonas Hellborg, and Robert Trujillo, use Warwick basses, showcasing their excellence to the world. (Titles omitted)
While the company offers several models, this is the particularly high-end Corvette.
The Corvette's ergonomically designed body provides the player with superior playability.
The body is made of lightweight Swamp Ash, and the fretboard is Wenge—typical Warwick specifications.
The neck is made of 3-piece Ovangkol.
This technique of laminating multiple pieces of wood to create the neck reduces left-right and individual differences, resulting in greater stability.
The pickups are made by MEC.
They are characterized by their low noise and warm sound.
The controls consist of a master volume, balancer, and master tone, and it's a passive design.
The sound has a very fast attack and is tight.
Despite being passive, it retains Warwick's characteristic thick mid-low range and edgy sound.
It has a good balance of volume from low to high frequencies, and this excellent balance is very appealing.
