Atelier Z is a professional-grade bass brand widely loved by professional bassists both in Japan and internationally.
It's known that many prominent musicians, including Tomohito Aoki, KenKen, BOH, and JINO, use Atelier Z basses.
The M#265 is the flagship M-series model and a signature model of Tomohito Aoki.
The body is made of 2-piece ash, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is ebony.
With gold hardware, a matching headstock, and a bound ebony fingerboard, it boasts an overall luxurious look.
The pickup is an ATELIER Z JBZ-5.
The preamp is a BARTOLINI XTCT + Spectrum boost.
The tuning machines are GOTOH, and the bridge is an original Badass-type.
The tight, crisp sound produced by the ash body and ebony fingerboard is particularly appealing.
This is a superb instrument that lets you experience the coveted slap sound.
Fret life is approximately 75%.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork are in excellent condition overall, with only minor scratches on the binding at the neck end and a small crack in the pickguard.
