Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano, Japan.

It is a brand under the umbrella of Divisor, which owns a large guitar factory called Asuka Factory, and is appreciated by many musicians for its high quality because it is handled by the factory itself.

This model is BARON, a new product of the Global Series, which is manufactured uniquely aiming at high quality.
The body shape is like a Telecaster, but finished with a beautiful arch top, and the controls and construction give the impression of a good mix of Fender and Gibson features.

The body top is spruce and the back is nato.
The semi-hollow construction with f-holes gives it a sound that is somewhere between solid and acoustic, with a good boxy and tight feel.

The medium scale neck is made of maple and the fingerboard is rosewood.

The herringbone-style body binding and dot inlays give it a subdued acoustic guitar-like feel.

Two original humbuckers are mounted on the pickups.
The semi-hollow construction gives the guitar a sweet and fat sound, while the bolt-on joint construction makes it tight.

Controls are 2 volume, 2 tone, and 3-way toggle switch.
By adopting a layout similar to that of Gibson guitars, a variety of sounds can be controlled at your fingertips.

Although the production itself is done at an overseas factory, each guitar is inspected by a specialized department in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, after arrival in Japan, and parts directly related to playability are especially well adjusted.
