Description & Condition
Their beautiful guitars have been used by the world's top musicians such as Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Orianthi Panagaris, DAITA, and Pablo.
This model is released from the SE line, which offers high quality with excellent quality control, while keeping the price lower than before.
This is the SE Swamp Ash Special, a new model for 2023.
This model was previously produced in the Core series, and although it is sadly no longer in production, it is still very popular today.
The body is swamp ash with undulating grain.
This wood has been used since the beginning of the history of solid guitars.
The neck and fingerboard are both made of maple.
It is finished with a satin finish, which is rare among PRS guitars, and is characterized by its smooth touch and good glide when moving from one position to another.
This model also features a bolt-on joint, which is rare for PRS.
Compared to models with set neck joints, this model features a clear sound with a sense of attack.
The front and rear pickups are equipped with 85/15 "S" pickups, which are used in various PRS models.
Based on the 85/15 developed in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of PRS, it produces a clear and modern tone.
The center pickup is an HSH layout with a PRS-Designed AS-01 Single Coil.
A 3-way toggle switch combined with a push-pull switch on the tone pot,
The combination of a 3-way toggle switch and a push-pull switch on the tone pot provides a variety of sound variations that make it hard to believe that this is just one guitar, such as humbucking sounds and front + center half-tone.
The bridge features a PRS-designed tremolo bridge.
This patented bridge is unique to PRS and is characterized by smooth arming and high tuning stability.
This is a gem of a PRS-style model with ash body + maple neck + bolt-on joint + HSH layout, a spec often used on component models such as Schecter and Tom Anderson.
We can say with confidence that the quality is better than the price.
Please give it a try.
