Vivie is an effects brand that has gained popularity on the internet.
Vivie products may become rare as they are no longer in production.
The basic sound is not as transparent as a studio-class compressor, but has a fatter, amp-like impression.
However, it doesn't feel as loose as the EBS Multicomp or MXR Dynacomp, and feels a little tighter.
Although it has a highly unique sound, I think it is full of practicality that is suitable for modern bassists.
The simple controls are reminiscent of the famous Multicomp, Dynacomp, and Punch Factory, but they allow you to create sounds that go one step further.
The basic controls are LEVEL for volume, TONE for adjusting color, and COMP for changing the strength of the sound.
TONE has a wide range and can be changed from natural sounds to sounds that emphasize the treble range.
What I would like to highlight is the mini switch on the side of the body that changes the attack time.
This allows you to easily switch between natural and percussive nuances.
Compressors that normally require complicated settings are summarized in a surprisingly simple UI, which is a big attraction for bassists who have to create sounds on the spot or who are tired of complicated compressor controls.
There are a few small scratches on the surface, but it is basically in good condition.
