Founded in 1983, it has been beloved by many bassists to this day.
This is the WB-5, which features a semi-hollow construction.
The body is made of ash and the neck is maple, a classic configuration.
The fingerboard is a rich, black ebony, giving it an appealing, luxurious look.
While some models are equipped with magnetic pickups, this particular model is equipped only with piezo pickups.
This gives it a more acoustic feel.
The preamp is the familiar GZP-2.
In addition to the 3-band EQ, you can adjust the gain for each string in the cavity and use a notch filter.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new instruments and 70% for used instruments.
●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
