Roscoe is a high-end bass guitar brand based in North Carolina, USA.

They are known for being favorites of Jimmy Haslip, Anthony Crawford, and Wataru Suzuki.

While Roscoe offers several popular models, including the LG and Century, this is the SKB model, characterized by its exquisite balance.

The body back appears to be swamp ash, and the body top appears to be flamed maple.

In addition to its beautiful looks, the use of swamp ash for the body back is also noteworthy.

Roscoe uses several woods, including Spanish cedar and mahogany, and each one's character seems to have a rich influence on the sound.

The swamp ash used in this guitar has the best balance across all frequency ranges, giving it a wide feel.

While it may seem a little uninspiring, the rich character of the Bartolini pickups and preamp matches it perfectly, resulting in an excellent balance that is organic and fresh, yet wide-ranging.

The pickups are Bartolini Soapbars, and the preamp is also Bartolini NTMB.

It's very playable, has a well-balanced sound, and looks great too.
This guitar is as complete as you'll ever get.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.

The truss rod is in good condition.

The neck is in good condition. There are marks on the side position marks that look like they were painted black with a permanent marker. This has been removed as much as possible. A shim plate covering the neck pocket, just under 3mm thick, is included.

The body and paint show minor scratches and dents.

The electrical system is in good condition.

All knobs have been replaced with GIB BASIC/Modern S knobs. The strap pins are made by Jim Dunlop.
