The body features a popular ash finish and an ebony fingerboard.
The pickups are Bartolini, and the preamp is a Bartolini TCT, typical of Moon.
The rich, crisp low and high end are appealing.
I believe this sound is why it has been a favorite of bassists for so long.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is slightly high-rise. Adjusting the neck to a forward bow (almost straight) and the string height to 2.0-2.8mm allows for smooth playability. The neck has been adjusted to be nearly straight to prevent buzzing in the upper positions, so there is some buzzing when playing hard up to the 5th fret on the first string. Setting the string height to 2.2-3.0mm will allow for play without any buzzing.
The body and finish have some minor scratches, but are generally in good condition. There is some dullness on the metal parts. There is a crack in the body paint at the joint.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.

● Defect Warranty
All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be accepted only if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than Basic.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or is lost.
