Description & Condition
Description & Condition
LAKLAND has received overwhelmingly high praise from professional bass players around the world.
It is known to be used by top artists such as Darryl Jones, Joe Osborn, and Adam Clayton.
LAKLAND has several series, but this is the highly rated Darryl Jones signature model from the Shoreline Series, made in Japan.
A major feature is the body shape designed with a legendary bassist for better body balance.
Basically it is a simple JB model.
The body is Swamp Ash and the fingerboard is Rosewood.
It looks like some work has been done on the wires, capacitors, and cavity shielding.
The strap pin on the horn side was loose, so it was repaired at GIB.
Approximately 80% of the frets remain.
The truss rod works well.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paint surface is that there are some dents and scratches here and there.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modification points were found.
