LAG Guitars is a French guitar brand.
I don't see many French-made ones, but I often see Asian-made ones.

This is an acoustic style bass.

The top of the body is Pale Brankowood, and the sides and back are Eucalyptus.
The neck is made of Khaya mahogany and the fingerboard is made of Black Brankowood.

Although it is an unfamiliar wood, there is no discomfort in playing it and it is smooth.

Perhaps due to the excellent pickup and preamplifier, the sound has plenty of bass and a solid sense of acoustic overtones.
The quality is very high, so you won't have many problems if you use it for recording as is.

The quality is so high that you wouldn't expect it to be in such a low price range, and it's really well made.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
