Description & Condition
HEX Guitars is a Korea-based brand that specializes in products in the entry- to mid-range price range.
They have their own factory in Indonesia where they manufacture their products themselves.
This sets them apart from the typical OEM brands.
They don't leave it to other companies' factories, but rather their boss is so passionate about the process that he himself is on-site, which allows them to manufacture guitars of a quality that is unimaginable given the price.
The NB300 is the bass guitar in the newly launched ""NEXT SERIES.""
It features modern and comprehensive specifications, including a short 30"" scale length, stainless steel frets, and a laminated neck.
The sophisticated body shape is made of Indonesian Mahogany.
The neck features a laminated maple and walnut design.
By shaping the neck by gluing several pieces of wood together, the difference between the left and right sides is reduced, resulting in high stability and durability.
The fingerboard is made of Indian Laurel and has a fairly flat 12-inch radius.
The neck shape is relatively thin, with a slim C-shape.
The frets are made of stainless steel.
Stainless steel is characterized by its anti-tarnish nature and high hardness.
Stainless steel frets are popular because they maintain their shine forever and are extremely resistant to wear.
Suhr It's also used by high-end guitar brands such as Fender Guitars.
The pickups are their original humbucking type.
They use their original pickups in many of their models.
This isn't to cut costs, but because they're confident in the quality of the pickups they design.
Their staff, who know music and play it on a daily basis, have thoroughly researched the magnets, wire, bobbins, and many other elements before designing them.
The balance in the hand is very good, and even those who normally play Fender guitars will find the HEX Even if you pick up an NB, you won't find it difficult to play.
You don't need special strings for a headless bass; you can use the same strings as for a regular bass (Jazz Bass or Precision Bass).
Another key feature is its light weight, weighing in at around 2.7-3.1kg. (Please note that you cannot choose the exact strings.)
It produces the crisp sound you expect from a headless instrument, without losing the richness of musical overtones and bass.
The basic neck is of extremely high quality, making it highly playable, and it's hard to argue that it's inferior to more expensive instruments.
Overall, it's an excellent product with high quality looks, playability, and sound.
The headless design may put you off, but we encourage you to try it out for yourself.
You'll be amazed at the high quality.
Approximately 90% of the frets remain. About.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is slightly tilted up. Adjusting it 0.2mm higher than the GIB standard (2.2mm-2.7mm at the 12th fret) allows for smooth playability.
The body and finish have minor scratches, but are generally clean.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.
