G&L is known as Leo Fender's third brand, created after Fender and Music Man.
Bassists such as Tom Hamilton (Aerosmith) and Murphy Karges (Sugar Ray) are well-known for their basses. (Titles omitted)
This is an L2000 manufactured in 2009.
Recently, there hasn't been much USA-made production.
The ebony fingerboard may be a bit unusual.
Equipped with two large humbucking pickups.
The combination with the preamp with a flexible two-band EQ is outstanding, producing a powerful, full-bodied sound across the entire frequency range.
Controls include volume, bass, and treble.
Iconic switches are included: pickup selector, pickup wiring (series/parallel), and preamp mode.
Its appealing looks and powerful, masculine sound are impressive.
Approximately 65% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is slightly too high. It can be played without any issues with the GIB standard string height of 2.0mm-2.5mm at 12th fret.
The body and finish,
and the electrical system are in good condition.
Since access to the truss rod was difficult, GIB removed some of the nearby wood to make it accessible. Currently, it can be tightened and loosened by more than 90 degrees. However, since the rod nut is quite recessed, we recommend using the included hex wrench.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

●Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee is 50% for new instruments and 70% for used instruments.
●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
