This is Fodera's signature Imperial style.

This is a unique 36-inch scale model.

The body top is Buckeye Burl, the body wings are maple, and the center is likely ash.

It has a beautiful and sophisticated look.

The neck is maple and the fingerboard is Bird's Eye Maple.
It features a neck-through construction.

As mentioned above, it has a 36-inch scale.
However, the balance between the body and neck and the comfort are surprisingly traditional.

The first fret doesn't feel extremely far away, yet high positions are easily accessible.

I think the balance is very well thought out.

The pickups are reproductions of Lane Poor models, and the preamp is an original design by HAZ.

A look at the electrical system makes it clear that this is a special model.

The playing feel is incredibly smooth.
It has the massive impression you expect from a 36-inch scale, but also allows for supple string vibrations.

And needless to say, the sound is superb, with the smooth, straight extension that's characteristic of Fodera.

The body and finish show scattered dents, mainly on the back of the body. There are two 10mm scratches near the end of the body.

Only the octave adjustment screw on the third string has been replaced with a cross-shaped one.
