FGN(후지겐)은 일본의 세계적 수준의 기타 공장입니다.
세계적으로 높은 평가를 받고 있으며 Fender 등 많은 기타 브랜드를 OEM 방식으로 생산하고 있습니다.
후지겐의 오리지널 브랜드입니다.

이 모델은 J-Standard 시리즈라고 불리며 Fujigen의 새로운 표준 모델입니다.

보시다시피 이 모델은 재즈 베이스를 모티브로 디자인되었습니다.
전통적인 사운드를 기반으로 하면서 보다 차분한 뉘앙스가 특징이며, 깊은 디스토션과 큰 저음에 대한 사양을 포함하고 있습니다.

메탈 등 로우 튜닝과 드라이브 사운드를 많이 사용하는 장르에 맞게 특별히 어레인지되었기 때문에 모델명 Dark Evolution(DE)이 붙었습니다.

EMG 픽업이 사용됩니다.
전면에 싱글 코일 PU, 후면에 험버킹 PU가 탑재되어 후면은 싱글 코일 모드로 운용이 가능합니다. (순수한 단일 코일이 아닙니다).
이를 통해 전면 PU와 혼합된 JB 사운드부터 후면 PU만 있는 MM 사운드까지 광범위한 사운드를 허용합니다.

프렛카운트는 24로 현대적이며, 이를 수용하기 위해 바디쉐입도 JB와 살짝 다릅니다.

전체적으로 이 오리지널 모델은 깔끔한 밸런스가 특징으로 아직까지도 로우 튜닝을 많이 사용하는 베이시스트에게 추천드리는 모델입니다.
더 두꺼운 끈으로 교체하는 것도 가능합니다.
