Fender is undoubtedly the number one brand for electric guitars and basses.
Its reputation is lauded by countless top artists, including Jaco Pastorious, Marcus Miller, and Geddy Lee. (Titles omitted)
The Jazz Bass was released as an upgraded version of the Precision Bass.
Its sharp, clear sound is beloved by bassists, and it continues to enjoy overwhelming support and a shining presence today.
This model is a new Fender, redesigned after the discontinuation of Fender Japan.
Although manufactured in Japan, it incorporates even more American specifications and input than before.
This series is the Made in Japan Heritage 60s Jazz Bass, a genuine replica of the 1960s JB.
It features vintage specifications overseen by Mark Kendrick.
The body features an alder body and rosewood fingerboard, a classic wood construction.
The body and neck shapes are based on profiling data used in the USA, resulting in a truly vintage-inspired feel.
The soul of vintage is packed into every detail, even the coloring.
The finish is done with lacquer, and in 50 years it will likely have the same texture as what we would now call vintage Fenders.
The sound, with its rich, solid bass and sharp, beautiful high notes, is truly classic.
Any bassist would want to experience this sound and feel.
Approximately 95% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paint have some minor scratches, but are generally clean.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.
