Description & Condition
Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
Fender is loved by countless top artists such as James Jamerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League.
Precision Bass was the world's first solid electric bass with frets, and it quickly attracted bassists from all over the world.
More than half a century after its birth, its brilliance is still as beloved as ever.
Fender Japan started in the 80's as Fender made in Japan, but unfortunately it has been discontinued and integrated into Fender itself.
However, the brand's quality is still supported by many artists and continues to be sought after today.
This is the PJR-70, a Precision Bass with a modern design.
It features a PJ pickup layout and active circuit.
It was aimed at players who wanted a more aggressive sound.
The PJ style was popular in the 1990s, and this is something we still savor today.
The neck end and neck pocket are marked “PJR94 EQ3”.
The frets are roughly 70% remaining.
The truss rod action is a little stiff, but we have confirmed that it works about 90°.
The condition of the neck is symptomatic of a high neck, and the string height is 3.0 to 3.5 mm, which can be played without any problems with adjustment.
The condition of the body and painted surface is generally clean, although there are some minor dents and scratches. The knob is a little loose. (If you do not turn it hard, there is no problem.)
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.
