This particular Jazz Bass was manufactured in 1976.
As you can see, it's a perfectly modded model.
The body is ash and the fingerboard is maple. It's a classic wood construction.
We believe the pickups are original.
The preamp is a Bartolini TBT.
The sound is, of course, as you'd expect.
The neck condition is good, and playability is impeccable.
Approximately 75% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but has been confirmed to move about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and finish show signs of use, such as scratches and dents, but are still in reasonable condition considering the instrument's age.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The instrument has been refretted and re-nutted. All electrical circuits except for the pickups have been modified, with the instrument now featuring a two-volume, two-band equalizer. The preamp is equipped with a Bartolini TBT, which has expanded the body's recess and redesigned the pickguard to cover it. The bridge has also been changed to a BADASS II, giving it an appearance similar to Marcus Miller's 1977 Jazz Bass. The silver panel on the back of the body is a dummy, and there is no recess when the panel is removed. One of the screws attaching the silver panel spins freely. The cavity has been coated with conductive paint.
