Instruments purchased at our store are eligible for free ‘string vibration setup’ (normally 4,400 yen) for life. (Reservation required)

●Repurchase Price Guarantee
If you decide to sell the purchased item within 6 months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price at our store. The amount is 50% for new items and 70% for used items.
●Defect Warranty
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty for defects in products sold by us. Except for certain items such as consignment goods, we will repair defects occurring within the normal range of use during the warranty period free of charge (or refund/return if repair is not possible).
The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.
