The flexible 5-band EQ is very functional and easy to use.
Other features include a compressor, overdrive, and octaver, all of which are sufficient for bassists.
The excellent balance of the sound, which is not excessive from bottom to top, makes it easy to handle.
It is very attractive in that it has a neat balance, yet provides a powerful mid-range that is typical of Ashdown.
Scratches and dirt can be seen, and there is an overall sense of use.
It takes about 50 seconds to start up when the switch is turned on or after the mute switch is turned on and off. This suggests that there may be deterioration of internal parts. Operation itself is good when stable.
