Alleva Coppolo is a brand founded by Jimmy Coppolo, drawing on his experience at renowned New York bassists like Rudy's.
Initially, the workshop was located in New York, but is now located in California.
Alleva Coppolo is known for being a favorite of many professional bassists, including Paul Turner and Wataru Suzuki. (Titles omitted)
This is a rare Limited Edition LG5.
It was produced specifically for the 2020 NAMM SHOW.
The body is made of Korina wood, the neck is made of Korina wood, and the fingerboard is made of rosewood.
You can tell this is a special model.
The electronics are the familiar original.
The sound and feel are typical of recent Alleva Coppolo models, with a wonderful balance of looseness and refinement.
And while it has rich low-mids, the crisp, clear highs are a good match for the JB-type style, and when paired with a powerful preamp, the overall frequency range feels complemented.
While made with rare woods, this exceptional instrument delivers the JB sound bassists crave and has a distinctive character that's characteristic of the brand.
Don't miss this opportunity!
