Markbass is one of the most popular bass amplifier brands in the world today.
It's no secret that they're an excellent bass amplifier manufacturer, but they're also an excellent guitar brand.

This model is a modern bass guitar developed in collaboration with Richard Bona.
It is also positioned as his signature model.

It is manufactured in Italy.
I know the person who actually manufactures them, and his original brand is also highly regarded, especially in the EU.
It's safe to say that the quality is of the highest order.

Many Italian guitar brands have emerged in recent years, such as Alusonic and Capurso, reminding us of Italy's long history as a manufacturer of traditional string instruments.

It is probably because of this heritage that Markbass chose to manufacture their basses in collaboration with a workshop in Italy.

This is a special model, with a body made from spruce and olive wood from northern Italy, a material used in the finest violins.

As you can see, the olive wood on the top is finished using a special technique that fills in any missing parts and adds color.
While most previous KILIMANJARO models have had a natural impression, this one has a more modern, exotic look.

The bridge is a HIPSHOT KICKASS.
The overall design is very well-organized, allowing the strings to vibrate naturally and richly.

The tuning machines are GOTOH RES-O-LITE.
It seems that Gotoh tuning machines are being used more frequently recently, especially among European brands. This is probably a sign of their reliability.

The RES-O-LITE is a lightweight type, and the sound quality feels similar to that of the HIPSHOT Ultralite.
It should also be a good choice for those who dislike Japanese-made metal hardware.

The pickups are Bartolini MK5CBC, and the preamp is an original Markbassl.
These are an exceptionally well-matched pairing, with a strong mid-range and rich overtones that allow for flexible sound creation while still retaining the Markbass sound through the preamp.
The Markbass preamp is extremely excellent. It's truly of high quality.

While the sound is different from Fender, the sense of balance feels similar to that of a Fender.
The feel of playing is exceptional, and the bass's quick response and smooth sound give it an indescribable sense of euphoria.

The fact that these nuances are not a coincidence, but are reproducible in every unit, gives it a truly authentic feel.

This is by no means a product made haphazardly by an amp manufacturer.

● Lifetime Free Maintenance

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

- Please present a signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser from a GIB or TONIQ store or online shop is eligible.
- Please note that shipping and other related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your instrument within six months of purchase, we will guarantee a full repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

● Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be accepted only if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is 3 months for used products and 1 year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for the following cases:

- Breakdown or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Breakdown or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Breakdown or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Breakdown or damage to parts repaired or modified by a party other than our company.
- If the name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or is lost.
