Sire rose to fame as a brand releasing basses supervised by Marcus Miller.

This model is based on the Jazz Bass.
In keeping with Marcus's style, it features an active circuit and is finished with modern classic specifications.
The neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
The fingerboard edges are nicely rounded for improved playability.

The body is made of sleek ash.
The pickup position is the same as Fender's '70s JB.
